RapidBeacon provides residential remodeling return on investment (ROI) analysis and consultation services. The content, organisation, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion, and other matters related to our website and services are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights. All content, reports, analysis, and methodologies developed by RapidBeacon remain our exclusive intellectual property. Clients receive a licence to use reports for their intended purpose but may not redistribute or commercialise our proprietary analysis.
Our ROI analysis and recommendations are based on available market data, property information, and industry expertise. However, property markets can be volatile and unpredictable. We cannot guarantee specific returns or outcomes from renovation projects. Our analysis should be considered as professional guidance and not as financial advice or investment guarantees. Clients should conduct their own due diligence and consult with additional professionals as needed.
Payment for services is due according to the terms specified in individual service agreements. All fees are quoted in Euros and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with reasonable notice. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in service contracts.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RapidBeacon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RapidBeacon, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
